This is a recent piece from my friend Anatole Kaletsky on China. It agrees with most of my main talking points when discussing China in the media, with some nuances. China is NOT collapsing, it is in the middle of a VERY tricky transition. We have to pay attention because a lot of things (mostly not good) could happen. But the clear evidence, despite the Cassandras, is that there will be no collapse.
