I get a LOT of letters from fund managers. Most are (to put it less than kindly) drivel from somewhere else dressed up to look like their own work. But not from Oak Tree and Howard Marks. He is worth reading. 12 pages but large type. :-) Lots of data and thoughts on the problems in the US.
