This is the time of year I start to think about the coming year. And to help me I look at scores of "prediction issues" from all over the globe. This year, you are going to be looking Over My Shoulder, as I will post everything I read, as long as I legally can and there is some worthwhile tidbit in it. Not sure how much in total, but the next few weeks I'll be more posting than usual. Here is the first piece, from Morgan Stanley. For the record, I typically write my forecast issue on the second Friday of January, and this year will be my 8th. I research this issue more than any other, for whatever reason. I know that more data only gives you the illusion of knowing more, but I do it anyway. Thankfully for you, most forecast issues have executive summaries.
